Terms and Conditions

Merakuest is currently in closed beta. Access is invite-only, and public self-service registration may be disabled. We may approve, deny, suspend, or end beta access at any time while we test and improve the product.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not misuse Merakuest, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy substantial parts of the app, reverse engineer protected systems, upload harmful code, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Merakuest provides educational content for language learning. We aim for accuracy and quality, but language content may contain mistakes, especially during beta. The service is not a substitute for professional translation, legal, immigration, academic, or official language certification advice.

If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve Merakuest without owing compensation. You should not include confidential third-party information in feedback.

Merakuest, including its design, software, lessons, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, and related materials, is owned by Merakuest or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal learning.

Paid features may be introduced or tested in the future. If payments are enabled, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at checkout or in the relevant app store flow. Beta access does not guarantee future free access or permanent feature availability.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, availability, or beta access as we improve the product. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Merakuest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific learning outcomes, or compatibility with every device or browser.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Merakuest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is no longer appropriate during the beta.
